The project was all about making better use of the space, increasing capacity as the family grew and making the home more comfortable.

We built a new single-story extension at the back of the house. This added a bedroom and ensuite. By incorporating part of the garage into the house we created a larger kitchen also allowing space for a utility room and a pantry.

The removal of internal walls allowed the creation of an open plan kitchen dining room with room dividing pocket doors to a living room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom also got a makeover with a new ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes.

Both downstairs reception rooms were re-decorated and included bespoke wall panelling and bookcases.

Underfloor heating was installed throughout along with a rewire and smart lighting.

The clients lived in during the works and we created a living area comfortable enough for them to have some space and privacy whilst we worked on the rest of the house.
